Experience the charm of rural life at the Open Barns, Open Doors festival in beautiful Chatsworth, Ontario. Visitors will embark on a self-guided journey at two fascinating locations; Chatsworth Honey and Happy Acres.

Learn about Happy Acres gentle alpacas, adorable donkeys, playful Nigerian dwarf goats, and charming potbelly pigs. Discover each animals unique personality, habits, and care while enjoying their company. Take a a behind the scenes tour of Chatsworth honey at 10 am, Noon, and 2 pm to learn about their bees and how artesian bees wax candles are made.

Celebrate the festive season at Markdale’s Holiday in the Highlands, an annual event in Grey Highlands. The festivities begin with the tree lighting, featuring an "Old Fashioned Christmas" theme. The celebration continues the following weekend with a parade and Santa’s Workshop at the Markdale Arena offering family-friendly activities and holiday cheer. Experience the warmth and community spirit that make this event a highlight of the holiday season.
